the problem wherever possible within seven working days. Your
complaint will be dealt with both sympathetically and confidentially.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are also protected
by our returns policy.

Justinglass.co.uk send orders out
as quickly as possible. This is normally between 3-5 days from
receipt of your payment. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels.
All parcels are despatched in plain, unmarked packaging and were
appropriate marked as fragile.
